caitlinhParticipantI’m trying to help someone validate a new purchase and nothing happens after we input the URL of his website and click Enter as instructed on the new interface. So we can’t use the Extensions or do updates. Please advise. (Login creds below)

AlexanderKeymasterHi there,
You could update manually, or use the purchase code in place of the API key, after it’s assigned.
For example:
1. Go to the licenses page and ensure the URL
http://travisromanmusic.comis assigned to the license.
2. On the product validation page, enter the purchase code instead of the API key.April 14, 2016 at 3:38 pm #883032
caitlinhParticipantHe says the same problem as before:
Nothing happens when try to assign my site.
When I enter the purchase code instead of the API key, it reads, “This site url is not a match for your API key.”

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I have tried validating the site using a test license and it is successfully validated.
http://prntscr.com/asgkz9Please ask him to login to his account and revoke the license. Let him re assign the license and revalidate his site.
Hope this would work out this time around. Please let us know how it goes.
