    Hello,

    I can’t seem to find the answer to the following:

    How do I apply the design of the Renew 2 blog to my site?

    I would like to use the exact layout. When I install the demo, I only get the home page. The feature I am most interested in is the ability to have thumbnail images in sidebar under Latest Posts.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! When you install Renew 2 demo content, you will get the homepage and all other customizer settings. What may have been missing in your site is that you haven’t assign a page as a Post Page yet. To do this, simply create a new page entitled “Blog”. You do not need to add contents in it and just save your changes. And then go to Settings > Reading, find the Front Page Display settings. You need to assign the newly created “Blog” page as your Posts Page. The Blog page will then inherit all the customizer settings just like what we have in our demo.

    For the Latest Post in your sidebar, simply go to Appearance > Widgets. Find the main sidebar widget area and insert a Text Widget. Place a title “Latest Post” and insert a recent posts shortcode [recent_posts count="4"].

    Thank you for the help. I still have two small issues though:

    1 – Latest posts on sidebar do not show up as the same size from Renew 2 Blog. How do I adjust?

    2 – Whenever I make a video post, I get ‘Video Source Missing’ instead of displaying Featured Image. Everything show up fine as a text post. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Cred

    Could you please provide the URL of your website and also Admin credentials?

    That way we can have a better look at what is hapenning with your website.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for the login details.

    Please use the video post settings below your post dashboard to embed video post. It shows that it does not load any video that is why it shows no video source is getting.
