I would like to use the Alternate Index Title for portfolio items as title displayed with the portfolio shortcode output.

Is there any way to achieve this with functions.php entry?

I just realized that I am already using another functions.php entry to reverse order from recent posts from this thread: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/how-to-set-order-by-for-recent_posts/

Is there any way to modify the code from the thread (posted for reference below) and use the index title instead?
