    Hi there,

    I’ve suddenly started getting header issues, like this:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/bedbreak/public_html/wp-content/themes/x/template-layout-full-width.php:17) in /home/bedbreak/public_html/wp-content/themes/x/header.php(8) : eval()’d code on line 69

    Have tried deactivating all non standard X plugins, but with no success. Will send my login details via private post.

    Hello Kyle,

    Thanks for writing in! I was able to fix the issue in your header. It seems there was a code added in the header.php

    I have looked closer at this code and found out that this was used to exploit someone’s site. I would highly recommend that install a 3rd party plugin for added security with your site. Perhaps WordFence can help you safe guard your site from exploits and other threats.
