    Hi there,

    I recently HAD to update my wordpress, theme, etc. and it has warped my website.
    I have absolutely no idea how to fix it, and can’t just keep restoring old backups.

    Can someone please give me a hand? All of a sudden I don’t have Visual Composer, which is how I did most of the site – replaced with cornerstone, which is fine, but it’s not helping me now…

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Upon Inspection, I’ve found this problem:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://belmontvillagefinancial.com/wp/wp-content/themes/x/framework/css/site/stacks/renew.css

    It means the stylesheet is somehow deleted from your x directory. You can upload it again via FTP or can you please provide us the FTP details in a private message so we can take a look.

    You can also troubleshoot in the meanwhile by deactivating all the plugins especially the one you installed later and check the website again.

    PS: Whenever you post a thread or submit a reply to a ticket, please wait till you get a response from our staff. Every time when you submit a reply, your ticket will be moved to the end of our support ticket queue which will take longer time to reach us.

    Hi There,

    I’ve just fixed the style issue. We advice since this is a crucial site for a company, when doing a major update please duplicate the site first on a testing server and do your updates there first. So the live site will always be available to public.
