David LParticipantI updated my wordpress and my very old site design sort of blew up. It was time for me to re-design anyway, so I REINSTALLED my wordpress and wanted to reinstall my X theme. When I look at my 3 licenses, one is very old (my first one) and I see it listed as Themeco License rather than Envato Purchase code.
But the code listed as Themeco License does not work when I try to copy paste it into my verification so I can get rolling again.
PLEASE HELP?
This is the passage I see in the help area, but don’t know where to go from here since it seems to suggest that the code listed should work? It doesn’t.
If you purchased X early on, you may see a “Themeco License” on your account instead of “Envato Purchase Code.” In terms of the validation process, they work exactly the same and can be used interchangeably. The only difference is that Themeco Licenses represent purchases that we verified manually or cases where we were otherwise unable to record the Envato Purchase code at the time of verification.

David LParticipantPerhaps I am getting my license number and purchase code mixed up as I am thinking of this process? I don’t see how to find my purchase code again?

David LParticipantWait. Somehow this resolved itself after a few more desperate attempts to copy / paste in my license number it suddenly worked. Don’t know why but I’m good now.
