    Hello,

Our site is down and after updating plugins and the normal first steps, nothing helped. I contacted my hosting support and they said: “There seems to be an issue with your theme. The CSS doesn’t load properly despite having all plugins deactivated or enabled.

There are quite many js scripts which fail, a few times my browser reported the page has crashed.

Please contact your theme developer for debugging this particular issue or let us know of a date in which we can restore your website from the last 30 days as we store daily backups of your account.”

While restoring the files will help, I don’t know if the same thing will happen again. What would’ve caused this to happen? Is it related to having added Cornerstone? I tried to deactivate it to see how it effects the site, but it won’t even deactivate. Please help!

This isn’t fixed. My slider isn’t showing on the home page now and my blogs and portfolio items aren’t showing the featured image.

    Hi there,

The main issue that was caused by the update was already sorted out. Some of the page elements are not showing or displaying as a shortcode because all of the plugins are deactivated in the backend. I am able to confirm this with the slider in the homepage where I had to activate it from the backend and resave the page again so that the slider will show up. Since the plugins are already deactivated prior to us checking we are not certain which ones you are using for your site so kindly check the plugins page and reactivate the ones that you need in order for the elements to be restored.

    Thank you.
