    This is what is on my screen when I try to enter my wordpress dashboard:

    Fatal error: Class ‘XSG’ not found in /home/kstaffo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/modules/integrations/x-shortcodes.php on line 31

    I tried updating to X 4.0 and after installing the new plug-in cornerstone, that is what happened. Please advise on what I need to do next.

    I went into my cpanel and deleted the x-short codes plugin and now I can at least get into the admin panel, but the site is all screwed up.

    Also, it says I need to update WP Bakery Visual Composer, but when I try to update it there is an error. Do I need this plug-in to run X or should I delete it?

    Hi there,

    Please install corner stone plugin, If you can’t update VC from wordpress dashboard you can try to update it manually, To do so download X from theme forest extract it, inside framework/ views/ plugins you can find “js-composer.zip” file, extract this file. Use FTP connection and under wp-content/plugins replace existing js_composer folder with the one you extracted from js-composer.zip.

    If it doesn’t help either please provide us with login and FTP credentials.
