    This is an established site, fund raising and starting a promotion. So a blank home page is a disaster!
    After a colleague edited in Soliloquy (NOT in Cornerstone) the home page is blank. The menu bar is visible, but not the footer or the top Revolution Slider. http://www.koartscentre.org/
    When editing the home page in Cornerstone it’s all there.
    When using Customizer it is not there, it’s blank.
    This has been mentioned in other earlier threads.
    Please advise as soon as possible.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! A balnk customizer screen usually means there is a fatal PHP error. Can you please enable WP_DEBUG mode? You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding
    define( 'WP_DEBUG' , true ); just above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ For example:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    When you revisit the page with the customizer screen, you should have some error output describing the issue in more detail.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in! I have edited your wp-config.php and also increased your PHP memory limit. Did you deactivate any plugin? When I view your site in the customizer, I have successfuly viewed it.

    YES, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I actually had an inkling that memory limit may have something to do with it. I did disable two plugins, one that was installed to try just before the site went funky, “Goal Thermometer”, and another one because it’s not used and it does not play well with X-theme in other sites, “HTML Widget Text”. I also temporarily disabled the BulletProof Security plugin, but then activated it again. Wow, I am so glad for your help, just would love to know why it suddenly threw this error. I’ll let my team mates know.
