brydzyParticipantHello there!
On my site http://geosmartenergy.com/ all my media uploads are failing. They were working fine before – I am unsure why they have stopped (happened after updating theme and plugins).
Hoping you see something I don’t!
Will give login info below.

John SParticipantHi,
I’m not tech support but I noticed your inquiry, as I have the same issue. I believe this to be a WordPress/ hosting issue, rather than a Themeco issue. I contacted my hosting company (godaddy.com) and they said there were some changes made to WordPress in the updated version. Something with the server not having the ‘umph’ that WordPress wants to upload media files. A solution is to adjust the .user.ini settings to allow for more ‘umph’. They wanted to charge me to make changes to make the media uploader run smoothly.
My work-around solution was the add from server plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-from-server/It’s a tiny inconvenience but is my work-around for now. Within this plugin, I can view uploaded files (that were http errors), select the ones I want put in my media library, and simply click import. This adds those files to the wordpress media page.
My two cents.

ChristianModeratorThanks for chiming in, John. That is right. X nor its extensions does not have a function that can interfere with the WordPress upload feature. Please contact your web host.
