How do I upload my own videos into revolution slider? I’m putting stock videos in, so I cannot host them on youtube or vimeo, but I do not see an option to upload your own video!

Hi Katie,

Upload video using WordPress media uploader. Then placed the video in video URl of Rev Slider slides.

Worked perfectly! Thanks! How do I get rid of the timer on the bottom? Not the Revolution Slider one (which is hidden from the top) but what appears on the video?

Perfect. The URL is healthnote.briserv.com. The slider in question is the video one on the top of the homepage. Please let me know if you need any more information!

It starts to hide it after 1200px because the video expands off the screen. You also have to be hovering over the video.

Thank you for writing in!

I’m still not able to see the timer, however please make sure you have select Hide under Appearance > Show Timer Line in your slider’s settings (see: http://prntscr.com/4hffqu)

Oh no, sorry for the confusion, not that timer but the actual video’s timer that has a play/pause button and shows how much time has elapsed. When you hover over the slider at under 1200px it shows at the bottom. Thanks!

Oh, and how do I stretch out the video so it covers the entire fullwidth of the screen? I have it set at fullwidth, but it’s about 3px shy on each side, but I can’t seem to find any padding/margins. Thanks!

I was wondering if this was ever resolved. I uploaded my video to my site and I am unable to play it when inputting the link into revolution slider. It is an mp4 video. Is there anything else that I can do. I do not want to upload it to youtube and then embed it. THhnks.
