    Hello Guys,

    I’m having trouble updating certain X theme plugins. When I go to update the plugin, it says that x theme is not validated. When I go to the product validation tab under the X addons, it says that X is validated. I need to update the plugins I have but for some reason can’t, despite X being validated. Any thoughts?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! In that case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – Your API key
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hey there,

    Your API is no longer valid (I clicked update API to check). You might have revoked the API for your site. Please insert the correct API in Product Validation (see attachment). Please review https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/ for product validation steps.

    Though updating won’t affect your site, it would be best if you have a backup ready since there are third party code that can mess things up which is outside our control.
