    Hi guys,
    Whenever I try to make a change on customizer or slider the updates are applied when I’m logged into wordpress. As soon as I log out, the changes are no longer there. For example, I tried to change the header text so they aren’t caps but the change doesn’t stick. website is http://www.surfingturtlelodge.com

    Hi,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi,
    I had another separate in another post I made that resolved the other issue as well as the ones I mentioned above.. The plugin “W3 Total Cache” was causing the problems.
