Michael PParticipantHi,
I have a slider and video background above the masthead on one of my sites.
The slider provides a transparent overlay (a transparent png to darken the video) along with a logo and social media icons. The video loops underneath this, with some custom css to create a horizontal line video effect.
Since updating to X version 4.6.4, the video is no longer showing. All that’s visible is the slider overlay with the logo and social icons. Here’s the site:

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. Looks like you are using a transparent background – http://prntscr.com/e3mi91
I can’t see any video layer or video background for the slider. Make sure to add video background.
Cheers!

Michael PParticipantHi,
Apologies, but you have misunderstood the issue. The video background is not part of the slider – it is added to the page itself.
Please check the page settings. On the dashboard, go to Pages, Homepage, scroll down to Slider Settings: Above Masthead and look at Optional Video Background. There you’ll see the link to the video.
The reason I am using a transparent background in Rev Slider is because this operates as an overlay on top of the looping background video.
These settings have not been changed. Everything worked perfectly before the update, but now the video does not appear.

Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
I see you’ve added the video URL in a different format. Try converting your video in .mp4 format and re-add the video URL.
This should fix the issue. Let us know how this goes!

Michael PParticipantHi,
Strange, previously the video URL always worked as entered. Didn’t need to convert it, just changed the suffix to .mp4 and now it works.
Many thanks.

LelyModeratorGlad that is now working Michael!
Cheers!
