Hey,
So updated Revolution slider to 4.6.9 from 4.6.8 and now the header animation won’t load. I just get a spinner in place that never loads. The other strange thing is that the BG Video, which isn’t a part of the slider, takes an extra second to load. It still eventually loads though, whereas the slider doesn’t.
Please help. Thanks!

Thanks for writing in!
Request you to kindly walk-through the following thread:

Hope that helps.

May 7, 2015 at 5:55 pm #268551Just checked this and it doesn’t help at all.
The shortcodes and revolution slider are up to date. I just checked the backend and there’s no setup.php file.
do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks!
May 7, 2015 at 6:03 pm #268556Figured out the cause of the error… I have a picture layer, which is animated, that when removed stops the endless loading.
The question is how do I fix this though, so that I can still use this layer & animation in my slide?
Your help is appreciated. Thanks!
May 7, 2015 at 10:01 pm #268707Hi there,
That’s weird, would you mind providing the url of your animated image so I could test it too? Or perhaps these information :
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Upon checking your website, I can’t replicate this issue.
Could you please give me some screenshots?
Many thanks.May 11, 2015 at 5:06 pm #271144Not to be rude, but I think you’re not getting my issue at hand? Also, how could screenshots illustrate a slide in an infinite not loading loop, with the spinner just showing?
Did you change the slide on the page back to slider5, as I said earlier in this thread? Since, I had made a new slider by duplicating the slide and erasing the picture layer that animates, then called it slider6 so that customers wouldn’t see this error.
Right now I can also see the image if I go to the media page, just it won’t load if theres an animation on it in the slider.
Please help thanks!
PS. I’ve also noticed a bug (my client was able to reproduce this too), where the background video will speedup (play at double speed or faster) sometimes if it’s returned to after scrolling the whole page. He uses firefox and I use safari 8.0.5. Not sure if you guys are aware of this yet.
May 12, 2015 at 6:10 am #271529Hi Mark,
The image you have shared is a .png file, are you sure it’s a correct file for animated spinner (http://fisheyestudio.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/told-line-optimized-2.png)? It would really help us understanding the situation here if you can provide us with a video of the issue. You can use a screencast tool such as http://screencast.com/ or http://recordit.co/
Thanks!
