Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! It seems you have incorrect permissions set for your files and directories. Please try resetting your WordPress files and folders permissions. The correct settings can be found at http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/

I check all of my files permissions and all of them were correct so I have another issue now with my slider revolution plugin now it goes to unregistered mode.
I think i must have some problem with my product activation and validation.
PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THE ISSUE OF MY X THEME UPDATE.

Hi there,

I have added the following code into your wp-config.php file to set the correct file permissions but I can confirm there is a server configuration related issue on your end.

define('FS_CHMOD_FILE', 0755);
define('FS_CHMOD_DIR', 0644);

I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.
