    Why is it that when I try to update my validated theme it says:

    Updating Theme X (1/1)
    An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.
    Disabling Maintenance mode…
    All updates have been completed.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! What happens after the message? Does the update work or is it not doing anything? Please provide us with more details so we can narrow things down and investigate. Also, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    It means it fails to download the file from our server, could be connectivity related. But, I checked now and your theme and cornerstone are now fully updated. Glad to see that 🙂

    Is there any issue you’re getting related with the update?

    Hi!

    Now I noticed when I go in to edit any individual pages, visual composer won’t pop up and I can’t see any text to edit! Is this a failure from the plugin or the theme update?

    Because visual composer is activated, and the top bar of it shows when I enter a page to edit, it just doesn’t show me any text so I can’t edit! If that makes sense:( Help!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating the thread! After updating X, did you update you VC as well to the latest bundled version? Try removing VC and installing it again via X Addons > Extensions.
