hi..i have a message that there is an update to cornerstone, revolutions slider, layer slider which are extensions of our license with x theme…we tried to click on update within the plugin window, but we get an update error. how do we update them? thanks,

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! That is the usual way to update them via automatic updates. You may have to manually update if something is conflicting. However, let us first check to see if we can spot what’s going on. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Revolution Slider (v5.1.6)
Layer slider Version 5.6.2

why is not updating automatically?

Hi There,

Dashboard > Updates works. You just need to hit the Check Again button, so WP would force to check for an update. I was able to update the LayerSlider.

You should able to update other plugins and importantly the X|Theme via automatic update.
