    Hello,

    I am unable to update to X version 4.4.2 or Cornerstone 1.2.4.

    X has been validated, cache has been cleared, but still will not update.

    This is the only site I am having an issue with currently.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Would you mind revalidating your domain again. Revoke the license then assign again the Purchase ID you for the domain.

    If still not working, you could try updating it manually. For guide, https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

    After it is updated manually, please observe it until the next update if still the automatic update is not working please let us know.

    I tried revalidating my domain a few times. Still not working. If I update manually, am I at risk of losing content?

    Hi there,

    Please refer to our update guide here (https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/) and your data will be safe since it is already saved on your database.

    However, we advice you to take a full backup before updating.

    Hello,

    This did work for getting X to update to the latest version.

    However, I am still unable to get Cornerstone to update to the latest version. Even after clearing cache.

    How can I get Cornerstone to update?

    Hi There,

    I have logged in and check your site. If you have validated it properly, you will be able to install other bundled plugins in X Addons > Extensions. I have tried to install one and it is generating an error (http://prntscr.com/avrhxo). This usually occurs if you have revoke your site. Please try to revalidate it and do the following:
    Please do the following:
    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Nope. This did not work. Site was validated before new validation process.

    Any other suggestions?

    as for #4,

    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. Where? I see no field to enter a license key.

    I have the green validated icon already. now what?

    Hi there,

    After revoking validation follow #2 and #3 in previous replay and as #4 you should put themeco license in a field on top of the X Addons page, see the attachment.

    ok, I tried that. Still will not work.

    I tried : 1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).

    It says is is removing validation, but it stays validated.

    I do not receive the above screenshot to enter validation code at all.

    Suggestions?

    All third party plugins have been disabled.

    This same issue is happening on another one of my sites. I hope to find a solution.
