RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Please provide your URL first and let us know which plugin you are using for the form. We recommend using Contact Form 7 and if you are using any other plugin, kindly reach to the plugin support as we don’t provide support for third party plugins.
Cheers!

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Hope it helps.

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s due to internal server error. Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials? Detail of the error is only accessible through FTP.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
That’s because the form setting has invalid data. Go to you contact form Mail setting, and you’ll see From field with the value of Web Site Enquiry form. It’s wrong, it also said that This field has syntax errors.. From and To should be valid email address. From field can have any email, example no-reply@dunedinsegwaytours.com.
Thanks.
