techKNOWParticipantI have Under Construction extension enabled and have a date several months into the future. It was working fine for months, but now it is not. I’m not sure when it stopped working.
I noticed there were 2 IP’s listed under White List, 127.0.0.1 192.168.1.100. I did not put them there. The only way it will allow me to change or delete them is to hit the space bar. I cannot select them or anything, which doesn’t seem right.
I have tried clearing browser cache, Object Cache, Cloudflare cache, turning off UC, turning it back on and probably a few other things but so far nothing is working.

RadModeratorHi there,
Those IPs are the just placeholder texts, like an input label. It still considered blank input even with placeholder texts, until you type in. https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_input_placeholder.asp
I also noticed that your site is being served from CF’s cache and RocketLoader. Please purge your CF’s cache and switch it to development mode. Then I’ll check it again.
Thanks!

techKNOWParticipantI don’t think its fixed, is it? I never heard back from anyone after I purged the CF cache and switched CF to development mode. I’m still not seeing the Under Construction page. Are you?

techKNOWParticipantI just switched CF back into development mode, it had expired, so someone can take a look.
Thanks!

LelyModeratorHi There,
See attached screenshot of the error I am seeing on your site.
Please try to disable ROCKETLOADER too. See second screenshot. It is still active as you can see on the second screenshot.March 22, 2017 at 10:58 am #1416413
techKNOWParticipantI just turned off Rocket Loader, cleared CF cache, cleared Hosting object cache and browser cache.
Under Construction page is still not displaying. 🙁
Any other ideas?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! We are not seeing the under construction page. On the other hand, we are seeing this: http://prntscr.com/encpfd
Could you please check this using private browsing mode?
March 22, 2017 at 11:38 pm #1417208
techKNOWParticipantThe captcha is coming from Cloudflare. You are most likely trying to access my site from a blocked country (blocked in CF).
Support asked me to put CF into Development mode, which I have done repeatedly BUT development mode ONLY stays on for 2 hours. If no one looks at the site for more than 2 hours later CF turns Development Mode off, that’s the way it works.
I just turned on development mode AGAIN and I have also paused CF this time. Hopefully someone there can take a look again. I’m not sure if pausing CF is only temporary, like development mode, or until I turn it back on. So if someone can pls look at this again with a couple of hours it would be greatly appreciated.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I’ve spent some time investigating the issue. The plugin seems to be working fine. I have tested this in my local install server. In your site, if you use a custom page as your under construction page, it works without any issue. If you choose the default setting, it is not working. Could you please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Please let us know how it goes.

techKNOWParticipantIt looks like the issue with the Under Construction extension is there is a conflict with the Toolset Layouts plugin. I have deactivated and deleted it, now Under Construction is working.
Thanks!
