The only available option for the completed date is the date and no time specifier.

unfortunately that’s a shame!
It will be really useful to add a section where you can decide both date and time of when the website will be online.Maybe it could be part of a new future update! Just sayin’! 😉

You may have experienced browser caching issue. I would recommend that you clear your plugin cache first since you are using SG CachePress plugin. And then after logging out, please clear your browser cache or even use Chrome’s incognito mode or private browsing mode in other browser. Then test you site again.
