You’re welcome! 🙂
April 21, 2016 at 10:36 pm #894710logging off was my issue as well. i think this is going to be a common issue as although it might seem obvious once you solve the problem it isn’t the case in the first instance.
April 22, 2016 at 3:03 pm #895842Glad to hear you got it sorted. Cheers!

It’s really weird, the error is this
countdown.js:22 Uncaught Error: Couldn't cast
August 27, 2016to a date object.
But when I run this line works.
new Date('August 27, 2016')
There could be some conflict, would it be okay if you reinstall X theme and plugins?
Thanks!
August 22, 2016 at 4:37 pm #1142167The counter stopped working for me too today at http://www.shelleyrenee.com, although I’ve used it very recently on other sites. Just installed theme with latest X and CS. The only thing that is different from before from my perspective is that the WP version is the latest, 4.6 here.
August 23, 2016 at 1:53 am #1142673Hi there,
I just tried under construction plugin in WP version 4.6 and wasn’t able to replicate the issue.
Would you please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.Let us know how it goes.
August 23, 2016 at 8:24 am #1143029It wasn’t any of the plugins that caused it. I’ll send you login info next.

I have tried to replicate this with WordPress 4.6 on my end and there is no issue as it’s working fine. So it’s not related to WordPress update. Kindly try re-installing X and updating Cornerstone to latest version. You can also remove the Under Construction addon and install again from Addons menu.
Thanks!
August 23, 2016 at 5:26 pm #1143820I reinstalled X and updated Cornerstone. I also deactivated and deleted Under Construction, and then installed it again. The counter is still not working, just shows zeros no matter what date I choose.
