I agree that you need to put in the note in the knowledge base about logging out to see the under construction page in action. I had to find this help topic to figure this out too.

My Under Construction is not working either.
link is ignitelifecenter.org/revamp it is showing a white screen with text, “The service is unavailable.”

Hi, I am successfully using the Under Construction page – ljbaptist.com.au
But I would like to vary that from tomorrow with the site not fully refreshed, but people still able to access some of the work that has been done. is the a way to have the “Under Construction” Add On varied to still be at the front end for viewers to the web site, but provide an option to proceed inspite of the maintenance / refresh work being done?
I am not a code cutter of any sort so this would need to be really easy for me to follow 🙂
