Hello,
Is there any way to configure the Under Construction plugin to allow front end and dashboard access to only certain user levels? I’d like to allow only admins to access the website at all when the plugin is active.

Thanks for writing in.
Quite confuse with the question. When Under Construction mode, only admins is allowed to view or edit your site while viewers without wordpress access can only view a landing page that says under construction mode.
Would you mind sharing us more detail of you want to achieve?
Thanks.

The issue is that users that are logged in can still view the website. Furthermore, as long as they have an account already they can bypass the under construction page by going to the wp-login.php page directly from the browser url bar. I know that this is so that admins are not locked out of the website. The problem is, even those with subscriber-level access can still view the website after logging in. I’d like to make it so that even if someone was to login through this page, that only those with admin-level access may view the website.

Thanks for clarifying. In that case, you would need an advanced plugin or custom developed function for that. Our Under Construction extension has no user access restriction. It was built for sites that are not yet operable (including user registration) so only visitors could see the under construction page. You might want to try other plugins like the ones listed at http://wplift.com/plugins-to-restrict-content or you might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://theme.co/x/member/custom-development/.
