Issue on my site in the Cornerstone files.
I deactivated the cornerstone plugin, not sure if its split out with the new launch and competing against each other, but there is a countdown type thing, looping through the console that is causing the page to not load correctly.
Everything seems to be up to date, and I turned off a bunch of other plugins but the culprit is:
/plugins/cornerstone/assets/js/dist/site/cs-body.min.js?ver=1.2.2
can someone take a look at this please?
I will put login info in a private message.
Thanks

I tried editing a page in Cornerstone and there were no errors. Can you give us screenshots or screen recording? Also, would you mind clearing all caches and disabling all third party plugins including your caching plugin while we investigate?
Thanks.
April 14, 2016 at 7:29 am #882091this is not that cornerstone is not working, but when you open the homepage of the site, in Chrome especially, open your developer tools and you will see the error. There is like a looped counter going off with two files bring brought up with errors.
its gone back adn forth but the main issue seems to be:
cs-body.min.js?ver=1.2.4:1 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery.easing[jQuery.easing.def] is not a function
this is a Cornerstone file, and its creating a massive loop that is causing havoc on my home page at least.
Please review and let me know if there is anything I can do. I turned off my caching plugin as requested.
thanks,

April 14, 2016 at 1:55 pm #882883Hi there,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Please let us know how it goes.
April 14, 2016 at 2:45 pm #882960how is this any form of customer service??
I have two licenses and was going to push clients this way and by more, but if this is all your team considers customer service, I am done with Themeco.
BTW, already did this, so, it didn’t go well.
April 14, 2016 at 3:55 pm #883052Hi there,
This is Alex, lead developer on Cornerstone. I’m sorry if our previous response came across as unhelpful in anyway. We’re just trying to understand the problem, and thought it may help narrow things down.
You’re pointing out an error message in a specific Cornerstone file, but please understand this does not preclude the conflict from originating elsewhere. It’s possible for other plugins to modify jQuery, which could result in an error when Cornerstone attempts to use it for something. Because this error is not something we’ve seen before, checking for conflicts elsewhere is always a good place to start.
Thanks for confirming you’ve already tested for a plugin conflict.
As mentioned by Christian above, I’ve checked your site and I’m not seeing any errors. I checked both the front end, and the page in Cornerstone. I’ve attached a screenshot of the counters as well.
Are you still experiencing problems here?
Keep in mind that the WordPress 4.5 core update included a new version of jQuery. It’s likely that another plugin on your site conflicted with the new version, and perhaps that was resolved by updating that plugin in the meantime. At least that’s all I can think of at the moment without more information. We’ve confirmed that the latest versions of X and Cornerstone available when WordPress 4.5 was released were fully compatible.
April 27, 2016 at 10:13 am #902380ok, so i left this go for about a week. I was still getting the error in my browser, but in Incognito mode I could get around it, and no one saw these issues.
So i am changing servers, nothing to do with you guys, but because of this issue i was only loading plugins that i need, being really careful to what I am adding.
SO i have the default Demo content for agency, I plan on adding all the content i created in a bit, but in its default state these issues are back. Only limited plugins activated, straight out of the box.
Now I had to update Chrome, which I did a few days ago, so i cannot think of what is causing this conflict, can you take a look and see if there is something you see, that I can not.
New dev URL: http://new.mspdesigngroup.com/
thanks
April 27, 2016 at 7:42 pm #903257Hello There,
Thanks for the updates! I have tested the given url in Chrome, Firefox and Safari. So far I do not see any JS errors on the page. It is perfectly working on my end. If ever you’ll be adding more plugins, please take note the order of the plugin have activated and test your site in between plugin activation so that you can easily determine if whether a plugin may cause an issue.
Please let us know how it goes.
