    Hello

    Can somebody help me pleas I have purchased two licenses for x theme and im unable to validate the theme using my purchase code, I have tried both now and all i get is. This purchase code has already been registered.

    I am also unable to delete any modules I add to the sites im building, is this part of not actvating / validating the theme?

    I only have two sites with the theme installed, so unsure where to go from here or what the problem can be

    There doesnt seem to be a direct customer support channel

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your sites
    – WordPress Admin usernames / passwords
    – Purchase codes

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
