I am trying to validate my license and getting: “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

I have revoked the license and assigned to the correct domain, but still get this message. All plugins are disabled and I’ve cleared the cache and the browser cache. My license is definitely not in use on any other domain.

This has been a regular issue for me. Can anyone suggest a fix?

Hi there,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– Your license key (purchase code)
– WordPress Admin username / password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Go to Addons and try it again.

No good. I am now getting:-

“This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.”

So I guess that’s it, then? No help available for this problem?

This is the reason I won’t be buying X Theme again.

Hey Nico,

License issues take a little longer over the weekend. I readded the purchase code to your account https://community.theme.co/users/nico_s/licenses/ and there is now no site assigned so using it should not be a problem. For some reason it was assigned to a different account of yours.
