I have X installed on two sites, same issues on both.
    Version 4.3.4 using Child Theme.
    http://www.harvestmill.co.uk & http://www.millhousecaravan.co.uk
    Wordpress 4.4.2โ€“en_GB
    Cornerstone 1.1.3
    Envira Gallery 1.4.1.3
    Slider Revolution 5.1.6

When I try to update the Theme or apply updates to the three plugins listed I get : An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available. (or An error occurred while updating Cornerstone: Update package not available. etc.)

These are my first WordPress sites and I have limited experience!

I am unclear what you mean? I have already validated both installations. I followed the link and it says the API codes have been replaced with purchase codes so I tried entering f2cf00f4-6c28-483f-85f7-70d943bcebe9 but that didn’t work. Surely once validated I shouldn;t need to re validate? Please explain more clearly

OK – I noticed that the two X licences were assigned to my websites but the names used were WordPress HarvestMill (may be not exactly that) so I revoked them and assigned them to http://harvestmill.co.uk and now it is working – maybe this is useful for someone else? Thanks

I too am getting the same error message when I try to update from Version 4.3.4 to 4.4.1.

I’ve been able to apply automatic updates since I first started using the theme back in October, so I’m a bit confused as to why this isn’t working now. Any suggestions you have for troubleshooting would be most appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Joan

    Hi Joan,

    Thank you for the credentials.
Would you mind revoking your current API key then generate a new one? Then try to validate again.

    Hope this helps.
