Hello…I am really loving the new addition of Cornerstone, however I’m having a hard time editing certain elements. For example, I can insert a slider but can not upload images to the slider. I click on the ‘Slider’ element and nothing happens, no options open up to allow me to update the content on the slider. The same thing happens the element ‘Text’, ‘Accordion’…etc. Other elements I can edit just fine. Maybe I’m missing something obvious. I’ve tried disabling plugins with no luck.

Thanks for posting in and giving us your admin credentials.
I’ve logged -in and tried Edit your Cornerstone Drapt page and then I add/update a Text Element and Accordion. It’s working fine on my end.
Let’s also check if this is a plugin conflict issue. Please deactivate all third party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If this is not a plugin issue, would you mind giving us the browser you’re using and it’s version?
When you click the text element, does the Text editor appear on the left?
If not, please right click anywhere on the page then select Inspect element. A window will open. Click Console. Are you seeing a red text? If yes, that’s an error. Please copy paste in it your next reply so we can check further.I deactivated all of the plugins except for Cornerstone with no luck. I do not see a text editor when placing a text element. Here is the error I got when inspecting the element:

I created a new page called ‘X support’ and added slider, accordion and text elements in there, I’m running the same version of chrome like yours.
I wasn’t able to replicate the issue, all worked fine on my end, please check the page and let us know how we can replicate the issue.

I’m still not getting this to work. I deleted the theme and reinstalled with no look. I’ve cleared my cache thinking perhaps something was messing with it and nothing. I’m really at a loss!

Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
I am a different support staff, I created a test page and it seems to be working fine on my end too.

I’m simply trying to use your interface. I realize you are able to make it work for you, but I can not. I NEED this to work asap as we are trying to build the site by July 1.
When I insert a text block…I have no way of editing it. See screenshot below. The same happens for editing an accordion, slider…and on and on.

I’ve disabled all plugins/extensions on my browser, wordpress, cleared cache, deleted the theme & cornerstone and reinstalled…no luck.

Thanks for providing the details, I just tested all elements in your site and seems to be working fine. To edit the Text element, After adding it, click on the ‘T’ sign in your first screenshot to open it’s editor. For the Accordions you’ll need to click on Accordion Item 1 and Accordion Item 2 to modify it’s content.

That’s what I’ve been doing and those are the screens I get after clicking on it. I have no idea why this isn’t working…what am I missing?
Hallelujah! I knew I was missing something and that there was a common factor as to why you could get it to work and not me. THE USER! My admin login doesn’t work to edit those elements but when I used the NEW user that I created for you to use – it worked!
This doesn’t surprise me actually. I have something similar happen with the Disqus extension. Any old posts/pages I had before installing the extension – do not have the Disqus block on those posts/pages. Only newly created.
