Hello I am doing a member area and when I try to use the plugin’s shortcodes from Ultimate Membership Pro ( [ihc-login-form] )its not showing anything. I used the text element and the Raw element. The result are: Text element blank and Raw element shows the shortcode text.

Can you give me any advice what to do?

Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Hi,

Just a note to say I hope you do take steps to make X fully compatible with Ultimate Membership. Incompatibility with their Social Login plugin is affecting my site, and it appears to be an issue with X in particular. Maybe you and them could partner up somehow and grow even better together. BuddyPress has too many limitations / isn’t really “modern” anymore in my opinion. Trying to add non-text inputs on the registration page, for example, was an educational experience.

Hi there,

Are there any updates regarding this? I would like to use the shortcodes from Ultimate Membership Pro in the pricing table but it doesn’t seem to accept it (image attached).

I hope this is possible.
