JoaoModeratorHi There,
Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation. If you haven“t registered skip to step 2.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Hope this helps.
If that does not work, please confirm that you have your URL correctly assigned on :
https://community.theme.co/my-licenses
And please provide your purchase code in a private reply.
Thanks
Joao

RadModeratorHi there,
I just checked the detail of the error and it seems like your site is unable to reach our API server. Could be related to firewall or security blocking the requests.
Would you mind contacting your hosting provider and have these IPs to be whitelisted?

AlexanderKeymasterHi again,
If it’s not a firewall (most common) there could be something else preventing PHP from making a remote connection
Can you also check the following? (Or request your host to check)
- Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled. You can run this command:
curl https://community.theme.co/api-v2/validate/?product=x - Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.

AlexanderKeymasterHey everyone,
Quick update. This could be an issue with your server not having cURL enabled for PHP. We’ve been seeing this happen more often after WordPress 4.6 was released, since they did a big HTTP refactor. More info here: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/regarding-404-errors-when-unable-to-validate/

ConnectionPointParticipantAlso having this problem.
Verified curl is installed and allow_url_fopen is enabled as described in other responses.
Ran this command as specified above: curl https://community.theme.co/api-v2/validate/?product=x
Received this message: {“error”:”No license code or API key provided.”}
This seems to indicate curl is working and communicating with your server.
Is there a parameter I need to add with my license code?

AlexanderKeymasterHey there,
Even though the curl command is available, the error message above would indicate that the curl PHP extension may not be installed. Many users have reported this fixed a similar issue on this thread: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/validation-fix-installed-curl-on-my-vps-and-it-works/

RadModeratorHi there,
Have you tried the suggested solution? You may start a new thread and provide your admin and FTP login credentials in private reply. Then we can investigate again, maybe the cause is different on your end.
Thanks!
- Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled. You can run this command:
