    i keep recieving this message everytime i try to validate my theme in the admin section.

    how can i resolve this

    Hi there,

    Please try to revalidate your site, to do so follow the steps :

    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the updates. After further investigation, it seems that wp_remote_get() failed. Would you mind contacting your hosting provider and enable this?

    I have received a capable of blocked IP addresses on my outgoing connections. which one below, is yours so that i can connect it and unblock it from our connections

    Hello

    i have successfully validated the theme. but i want to now install the demo content as well as plugins. when i try to do so it tells me that that it has been succesfully installed,

    now my problem is on activation. when i then go to plugins page. the plugin is not there for activation.

    what could be my problem

    Hi There,

    I can see that your X has been validated. If you want to install X bundled plugins simply go to X Addons > Extensions. Simply find which plugin and click the install button.

    Thank you so much for the assistance.

    i have done that, but i am failing to install. its refusing to install the extensions. when then go to to plugins page to activate, they will be NO extentions to activate.

    There is something weird going on with your site. I’ve tried installing Google Analytics extension via Addons and it was successful but when checking Plugins, the extension was not there. This is most probably due to how your server was setup or server settings. Would you mind moving to a different web host or setup a development site on a different web host so we could see if this is an issue with your current host?
