ryanlibertyParticipantI was having a connection error so I reinstalled X Theme. Now this is the message I get. When I click Details it’s completely blank.

ChristianModeratorHey Ryan,
Please try re-validating your site. I checked in Addons and you’ve not validated yet (see attachment). Here’s the instruction for validation https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Thanks.
April 20, 2016 at 10:17 am #891964
ryanlibertyParticipantThat’s what I am unable to do. When I attempt to validate I get the error message “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid.”

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Could please do the following:
Please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Please let us know how it goes.

ryanlibertyParticipantI followed these steps:
- Unassigned my site url.
- Checked the url under WordPress Settings -> General page.
- Reassigned the site url to match the url in those setting exactly.
- Attempted to revalidate.
I still have the exact same problem.

Rue NelModeratorHey @RyanLiberty,
We have tested using a test license as well. We did get the same result with a message “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid”. And upon checking on the page, there is an internal error (http://prntscr.com/avad2q).
Would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look and fix the issue? Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– FTP Hostname
– FTP Username
– FTP PasswordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thank you.

RadModeratorHi Ryan,
It won’t display the actual error that is causing the internal server error. Is there any way we could get the error log from your hosting?
I’m not sure if your hosting is overriding WordPress’s debug (error reporting) but enabling it through WordPress has no effect.
Thanks!

Kyle HParticipantDid anyone reach a conclusion to fix this? I’m having the same issue?
