MoonworksParticipantI’ve added Ubermenu, and have selected to show the menu horizontally, but it is showing two enu items, then going down to do another two menu items.
EDIT:
As I go through the options, it seems to be ignoring them all.February 12, 2017 at 9:52 am #1367918

RupokMemberHi there,
Looks like you haven’t configure the Ubermenu properly yet. Let’s follow the documentation – http://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3
Let’s try changing the skin and explore other options.
Cheers!

MoonworksParticipantI’ve tried several skins, including transparent, and it doesn’t change anything.

MoonworksParticipantI’ve tried changing the skin again, as I did before in the main options, and also in the customizer, but it never changes, whatever one I choose.

MoonworksParticipantI found the problem. It was the ‘menu image’ plugin causing a conflict.

NicoModeratorHi There,
It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

MoonworksParticipantYeah, it’s the menu image plugin. I removed it as no need with Ubermenu activated.
