RadModeratorHi there,
Would you mind providing some screenshots of what you’re getting?
Please note cutting off some content is normal in this kind of content because you intended to have a scrollbar.
If the content are not cut off, then there is nothing to scroll, and there is no need to scroll and there will be no scrollbar again.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Looks like it’s rendering glitch, it also appears when its CSS is slightly changed or moved. We’ll continue checking and will let you know.
Thanks.

RadModeratorHi there,
Please add this code to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Custom > Javascript as temporary fix
jQuery('.ubermenu-item').hover( function() { setTimeout( function(){ jQuery(window).resize(); }, 200); } );This will re-trigger the rendering with 200ms delay once the submenu is opened.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
So we could test everything on a test/staging site without touching your site, and since it’s going love soon then it’s more recommended to troubleshoot it in a separate installation.
Yes, it will not affect your live one. I’ll do re-installation and remove other customization from the test site, a test site is something we can break and once we find what’s causing it then we can apply the solution to the live one.
You can use any migration services or plugin, example, you can install fresh WordPress in sub-domain or sub-folder, then use All in one migration plugin to export your site from the live one, and import it to test (fresh WordPress installation).
Thanks!

JackKeymasterHi there @hello,
Unfortunately there isn’t any other additional CSS/JS that could be used to patch this.
As it’s only happening on your site in specific browsers and isn’t an UberMenu wide issue there must be something effecting it. We can’t effectively debug this on your live site as it’s going live soon as we’re at risk of breaking an existing part.
Is there no way to get a replica of the site up so we can further debug what’s happening here?
Thank you.

HelloParticipantHi,
It’s been fixed by extending the max height. Now even if the max height is shorter and the scrollbar appears, the submenus show and words and not cut off. Please look. What other browsers is it happening in?
It looks fine in IE.
Thank you.

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s on chrome browser, yes, extending height will fix the issue but that will also remove your scrollbar as what I’m seeing now. That’s against your initial requirement of having the scrollbar.
Thanks!

HelloParticipantHi Rad,
It was before the scrollbar was not showing at all. The advice was to reduce the max height to 200px to get it to show.So thus extending the height was not an option then.
This is much better now.
Cheers!
