    Greeting and thank you.
    Simple question I am sure.
    I am using Restaurant Demo and wish to turn OFF parralax
    on my top transparent nav background image.

    Hi,

    To turn off parallax, you can add this under Custom > Edit Global CSS in the Customizer.

    
.backstretch {
   position:absolute !important;
}

    Hope that helps.
