    Hello, I had used my X theme purchase code from Envato on a previous version of the site and have reassigned it to the new url, which is http://www.artiswall.com. I am trying to install X Theme add-ons, such as content dock, but am unable to register the site. I am using the correct email and purchase code that have reassigned to http://www.artiswall.com, but I receive this error:

    This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Please update your X|Theme (4.4.2) and Cornerstone (1.2.4) to there latest version first. You might need to update to WordPress 4.5.x as well since plugins are pushing updates for that WP version to be fully compatible.

    You can follow this link on how you can update your X|Theme and Cornerstone manually (since you can’t validate the site, automatic update would not work).

    And this link is for updating your WordPress.
