    Hi there,

    I’m having trouble timing the counters right with the column animations. Also, there is a bug where the counters do not start for quite some time even after finishing column animation

    Hi Dil,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look on your settings? Please note that the animation of the counter will only start when it hits the sceenview. So it will depend on the animation of the column before it start. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
