    Hi Team,

    I have trouble with the automatic update of X-theme. Domain is registered with license api key. In the addon appears that no update is available.

    Addons> Home = Version 4.3.4
    Addons> Product Validation = “Product Validation Yay! Automatic updates are up and running. ”

    And now I cant edit sites created with Visual Composer and I cant create new pages with Visual Composer.
    I am a bit helpless. What can I do?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. There was a known bug on 4.3.x regarding the automatic update. Kindly update the theme manually for now. You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

    You can just place the extracted theme folder x under wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP replacing the old theme folder.

    Also please follow the installation video to understand it better – https://community.theme.co/kb/theme-installation/

    After updating theme, everything should be fine and then update all other plugins.
