    Hi,
    I’m trying to upload .epub and.mobi files to my media. Is this possible with X Theme? I got the same error message with both: “Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.”

    Is there a good workaround for this issue?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! This nothing to do with X since theme can’t control this rather your WordPress itself. You need to define MIME Type to allow such file type. You can follow this answer.
