Hi,

My x theme is validated and the product validation screen says automatic updates are up and running. When I go to add ons home, it says I’m still on 4.1.1. Shouldn’t it have auto upgraded to 4.1.2? I’m having strange issues, like none of the alignment buttons (like center align) will work for headlines, so I’m guessing I need to upgrade to fix this. Please advise. Thanks

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hi there,

1] Please follow this link and update x manually :https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/
2] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
3] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
4] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
5] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

There is nothing on X add ons> home that allows me to revoke the validation. The screen just says congratulations and some information on training resources

To revoke the validation, please go to X Addons > Home. You should find the Revoke Validation link in the right side. Please check this screenshot: http://prnt.sc/auumg5

Mine looks nothing like the screenshot you shared. I’m on version 4.1.1. I don’t see anywhere to revoke validation. Can you please check it out?

Thanks for updating this thread! The screenshot is only available in X 4.4.0. In your case because you are using an older version of X, you must update the X manually. Please check out this guide; https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/, look for the section Manual Updates. and follow the steps.
