    I wanted to install X on a new site, I entered my previous purchase code and was taken to a page where it asked me to purchase a new licence. For some reason this took me to a page to only purchase cornerstone, now I cant verify the licence. Please can you refund this purchase so I can purchase a new x theme licence which is what I originally intended to do.

    I just put in a refund request on Envato and hope you can either refund me for cornerstone or arrange so I can pay the difference for a new X theme licence.

    Hi There,

    All the purchase process is handled by envato.

    I believe getting a refund a re-purchasing the correct product would be the way to go.
