Lorenzo AParticipantHi.
I’ve tried everything recommended in the forums but cannot reassign a license to my new site.
I revoked an existing license, followed the recommended steps exactly but nothing works. After revoking, I use an existing license to assign a site but when I hot enter, nothing happens. Please help as this si my work site and I can’t be worrying abut whether X Theme has automatically updated or not.
Thanks,
Lorenzo

GillesParticipantHello, I’m having exactly the same issue, I just bought a new license, add the purchase code to my license page, and now when I try to assign a site, no matter in which format or how many times I try to enter the URL, it doesn’t do anything.
Kind regards,
GillesEdit: nevermind I found it, just don’t try it in safari, any other browser works fine
