Hello,

I would like to ask how I can get my navbar to respond like on this website:
https://revolution.themepunch.com/nice-clean-responsive-wordpress-theme/

It is transparant upon loading, and becomes color filled when scrolling.
As I see it, when I enable “Navbar Transparancy” in the theme, it’s permanently transparant?
