    On our contact form, we aren’t able to access certain text to translate it to another language.
    we are unable to change “Choose File” and “no file chosen” text.
    How do we access those to translate it for our Spanish page?

    Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, it seems that It cannot be translated as it is browser dependent. Please refer to the following response from the plugin author (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/contact-form-7-change-browse-button-text).
