keethgeeParticipantI need to transfer the purchase code for an X project so my client can use it to register to read and post to this support area on her own instead of using my account.
I believe you need me to supply my original purchase code for this theme’s use so you can assign her a new purchase code to use it on her own, but I don’t want any of this posted publicly, of course.
How do we accomplish a private back-and-forth so I can give her the new purchase code you assign to her?
Thank you,

Prasant RaiModeratorHello Keith,
Thanks for writing in!
Please send us the purchase codes you would like to transfer to your clients and indicate which purchase code goes to username/email.
Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks.

AlexanderKeymasterHi Keith,
I was able to remove the purchase code from your account, but a Themeco account doesn’t exist under the email or username mentioned above. You client (or you on their behalf) can now register a new Themeco account with that code. You may need to revalidate the site afterwards if it was using one of the old API keys, instead of validating with the purchase code directly.

keethgeeParticipantHmmm…I just tried to register by using her username and the purchase code I had originally given you.
But the register box returned this message: “This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.”
What am I misunderstanding or doing wrong? Apologies in advance.
Keith

AlexanderKeymasterHi Keith,
I’m sorry about that. I’m not sure why it wasn’t deleted before. I’ve just deleted it, and double checked. The code can now be registered with another account.
