    Greetings!

I have a client that I have handed all my work with X over to since our contract is up. I would like to transfer their website and X to them. How do I go about that?

Don’t worry I still have other sites I exclusively use X for. So I will see you guys often! 🙂

    Hi There,

Please provide the license number in order that we can free it from your account and your client will be able to create his own account with it.

    Thanks,

    Joao

    Hey There,

Your licenses are now freed up and can be used for a new account or adding it to an existing account. All the best!

what steps do they need to take next? i don’t see the licenses in my account dashboard. Also, would they be able to get access to the X members forum too?

    Hi There,

You can create a new Themeco account using those license numbers just like you created yours.

They will have access to the forum as well

Let us know if you have further questions,

    Joao

I just don’t see the license numbers to send them to install on their page. Is it the same as previously? Just send them the license in my zip folder?

Thank you so much! I appreciate that. So do I just send them the purchase code from my envato account to manage license in dashboard?

    Hey There,

You can send them the purchase code and they are able to register in our member area.
