    Hello! I need to transfer one of my licenses to a client that I did a website for.
    I understand you need the following information:

    Purchase Code / Themeco License
    Username to transfer from
    Username to transfer to

    I have that information ready for you, please let me know what else may be needed to make the transfer
    as smooth as possible.

    Hi, I just wanted to know what the status was on the transfer of the license? Does it normally take more than a week? My client still hasn’t received it.

    Hey There,

    The purchase code is now freed up and can be used to register a new account or add it to an existing account. Hope that helps!
