    Hi.

    Ever since you guys went to v 4.3.2, I can’t upgrade without my site getting hosed. I tried again today at 4.4.0, same thing. So I’m stuck at 4.3.1

    If you look at http://wordpress.answerguy.com, you’ll see how the site looks (correctly) using 4.3.1. Take a look at the attachment and you’ll see what happens in 4.3.2 and later.

    I’ve tried swapping old plug-ins for new plug-ins (Cornerstone, etc.). No help there either. I’m simply stuck at 4.3.1; something changed thereafter that is rendering my home page a mess.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks for writing in! Would you clarify your problem specifically? “I’m simply stuck” is a bit ambigous no we are not sure what you are facing. Kindly let us know.

    Also would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Yes, that fixed it, and I have Cornerstone updated as well. Thank you.

    I still have some pages that use Visual Composer and I see that you haven’t bundled it in the latest version of the theme. I presume you’ve stopped support? What will happen if I upgrade from the last-one-you-guys-provided version of 4.9.2 to the version being shown as current 4.11.1 ?

    Hey there,

    Once the update is approved on ThemeForest, you’ll find the updated Visual Composer in the ThemeForest download. It is supposed to work on automatic updates, but with this particular version there is a conflict with VC’s internal registration system, and it won’t allow the update to happen automatically if VC is not registered.
